This is a steampunk assemblage art sculpture of a bird in a nest. She holds in her mouth the brass stencil letters that spell " F L Y". She is a royal bird as she wears a crown. Only, the eggs that she lays, are not golden, they are nuts and bolts! Her outer covering is gold glittery decoupaged paper. Her wings and tail feathers are from one of those old vegetable strainers! Her energy can only lasts so long, as you will see she has (a mock) wind up handle on her back. She is quite the creative collector as her nest is intertwined with pearls and old chains.
